The Planning Policy and Projects Unit is responsible for preparing the Local Development Framework, progressing the Mersey Forest project, Building Conservation, Conservation Area Appraisals, Housing Land Availability, Urban Potential Study, Retail Study, developing projects within the Neston Market Town Initiative and responding to consultation on other planning matters.
Built Conservation includes information on Statutory and Locally Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas.
