The CON29 (2007) was introduced on 1st August, replacing the old CON29 (2002) forms. The new forms comprise CON29R (required) and CON29O (optional). These are standalone products that can be ordered separately. Clients who wish to discover all relevant information may still submit both parts together, though they no longer need to submit the forms together.
On 1st October 2007, the CR21 form for common land enquires was abolished. You should now submit enquiries via Question 22 on the CON29O if you have any common land enquiries.
