Ellesmere Port and Neston Borough Council now use the Standard Planning Application Form (1App) which is mandatory for all councils within England. 1APP, is the only legal way of submitting a planning application within England.

OS Maps for Planning Applications
An important element of submitting any planning application is the inclusion of an OS Map. The Local Planning Authority has teamed up with the company Centre Maps, you can click on the link below to purchase the relevant OS Map for your application.
