We have an Administration / ICT course starting on 24th November 2008 for 8 days over 2 weeks. The sessions will cover various aspects including;
General administration knowledge, OCR Email / Internet, CLAIT, Reception Work, Understanding filing systems, First Aid, Interview techniques, CV / application form support and guest speakers.
In addition to a combination of the above we may also be able to assist you with extra training, placements, access to job opportunities and 1 - 2- 1 Mentor support.
This course is free - If you are an individual looking for work but in need of extra support and improved skills we may be your answer.
