The council, as part of it's Private Housing Renewal Strategy and Policy 2003-2006, aims to bring long term empty properties back into use. If you are the owner of an empty property, or are aware of a property in the borough which has been empty for longer than 6 months telephone our Projects Officer on 0151 356 6472 for help, advice and further information on how to bring the property back into use.
