To enable our tenants to help us improve the service we provide, the Repairs and Maintenance Unit have produced customer satisfaction forms on the council's website. You may have had a repair to your property or a gas service recently, or you could have had works carried to the outside of the property on a planned maintenance programme.

Choose one of the forms that is relevant to the work that has just been carried out and follow the instructions to fill in the form.
