Who are the Rangers and what do they do?

The Rangers are part of Cheshire County Council's Countryside Management Service and they work in partnership with Ellesmere Port and Neston Borough Council, managing all of the countryside areas in the borough's ownership.

In addition, they run events and activities open to all, which have either a countryside theme or an environmental flavour.
