Ellesmere Port and Neston's Community Strategy is designed to give communities a direct say in what actions and services they feel will improve their quality of life, both now and in the future.
The Community Strategy has been developed by the Local Strategic Partnership, which is made up of Ellesmere Port and Neston Borough Council and Cheshire County Council together with the community, public, voluntary and private sectors.
